to help you finance your project. Or consider a combination. C & C Engineering will work hard for you to deliver the most beneficial outcome. We believe in personalized engineering for the customer. We will stick with you to complete your project to everyone's satisfaction.

Traditional Method–Enter into an engineering contract to complete the engineering of the development.

Alternate Method–There is no initial cost to the client. The increased value of the land will pay for all costs to subdivide property, including: permit applications, survey costs, soil analysis, investment fees, subconsultants, etc. The payment can come from the sales of the property.

Partnership Program–The owner can partner with an investment group by supplying the land. The investment group pays for the development.
